Preparation Advice

Once we have fully qualified the role with you, we feel it is essential to fully prepare you for the interview. We will make sure that you have all of the necessary information so that there are no surprises at any stage, and that you are fully comfortable and confident throughout the interview process.

We pride ourselves in actual delivery, and one of our key Service Level Agreements with our clients is the ‘right first time’ policy thereby minimising the time, effort and cost required by yourself.

Our final commitment to you will be the one that is most often forgotten.

After Service

If you are starting a new permanent role through us, we will make sure that every detail is confirmed and acceptable, right through from the initial offer paperwork to the day that you start. We will make sure that we look after you during this critical period and ensure that we get you started smoothly and efficiently without any surprises along the way.

If you are starting a contract with us, we will make sure that we provide you with all necessary paperwork and documentation ahead of you arriving on site – from taxation advice though to flights or accommodation, we will assist you every step of the way.

After this, we will provide ongoing on site support, ensuring that any issues are dealt with in a timely fashion and that you are always looked after while on site.
